For the first time, New Metrics will host a two-day workshop on Emotional Intelligence at work, open to anyone interested in learning how to better motivate and support others, improve self-awareness, build and maintain constructive relationships, and resolve
Emotions play a significant yet under-acknowledged role in business and the workplace. The latest research shows that Emotional Intelligence is the foundation for good leadership and is crucial to retain talent, increase employee engagement, build long term customer relationships and improve overall business performance.
The workshop will be facilitated by Elisabeth van Loon-Muller, a certified business coach and the Head of Leadership Programs at New Metrics. She is currently the only Certified Organization Relationship Systems Coach in Oman and is a former board member of the International Coach Federation Oman Chapter (ICF).
The workshop will be held from the 30th April to 1st May 2019 at the Sundus Rotana, Muscat.
